4 Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet

Summer is heating up and you are looking for something to cool you down? Why not pick an option that’s still going to support your healing and nourish your body πŸ’—πŸ‰πŸ˜‹

Ingredients

4 cups cubed frozen watermelon
1 lime
3 tbsp honey
Splash of coconut water or coconut milk

Cut up and freeze watermelon (smaller pieces are better)
Once frozen add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend I only used the coconut if it was needed but try to use as little liquid as possible or you will make more of a slushy drink. Which is ok too.
