My favourite juices lately for healthy glowing skin! 🤍✨
Note I always wash all my produce before juicing! All quantities yield roughly 16 oz of juice. (1 serving)
Celery juice:
Usually one bundle makes 16oz which is the recommended MM serving when starting out. you can later up your intake to 24 or even 32 oz if desired!
If you are new to celery juice, I would recommend starting slowly and working your way up as it can get things moving stomach wise!
Apple cucumber
1 large cucumber. If the cucumber isn’t organic I always peel it before juicing as there is a wax on non organic cucumber!
2 apples.
Watermelon
Roughly 1/3 of a medium size watermelon gives 16oz . About 5 cups of cubed watermelon!
Orange, grapefruit, ginger
2 peeled oranges (medium to large)
1 grapefruit peeled
1 inch ginger.
If you are new to using ginger start with less as some people find ginger to be a bit overpowering at first!
Pineapple & coconut water
1/2 pineapple rind removed.
Then top your glass up with coconut water!
When selecting coconut water, be sure to find one where the ingredients listed just say “coconut water” if it says sugar in the ingredients we don’t want that brand!
Papaya, orange.
Roughly 2 cups papaya. I remove skin and seeds for juicing.
2 medium - large oranges.
